ARTICLE 1: In order to participate in any Landa Legends Golf Association Tournament, the individual must be a current, paid in full member.
ARTICLE 2: A nominating committee chosen by the President shall present a slate of officers each October for the following year. Additional nominations may be made from the floor. Elections will be held during November each year. Term of office is January 1 thru December 31.
ARTICLE 3: Voting of new officers will be by open ballot. Majority vote will rule.
ARTICLE 4: The Vice-President will fill any vacancy occurring in the office of President. Vacancies occurring in any other office will be filled at the next regular meeting of the membership or at a Special Meeting, if so called.
ARTICLE 5: Dues shall be ANNUAL and are due Jan. 1 each year. Members delinquent in dues payment more than 30 days are not eligible to participate in any Legends activity to include tournaments.
